The only fee that applies to every member every year is the annual member dues. It must be paid by May 15.
When members have not paid their annual dues, they are not allowed to vote, and they are not permitted to use the park. In addition, our association may take legal action to collect the funds in order to ensure that all residents share the costs associated with the upkeep of this asset.
