If you are a member who thrives on socializing, your beach club can be one of your favorite, fun “go-to” places – for association-wide events as well as your own private celebrations.
Association-wide
The most popular annual event is always Family Day. Usually held the first Saturday in August, it includes a full day of games, picnicking, and thrills for the kids — think big water slide! Some of the families end the day by camping out on the beach, and the following morning, there’s a pancake breakfast.

By registering your email with this site, members can also get updates. And, if would like to lead the planning for any event, the board always welcomes new ideas and committee leaders.
Your Private Parties
For members who want to entertain during the summer, the beach gives you a special place to share with guests.
To assist with food preparation, our gleaming stainless steel kitchen is open to you for baking, cooking, microwaving, refrigerating, and storing. You also have a selection of many charcoal grills to use.
As you make plans and reservations for such private parties, please contact the Beach Manager to reserve picnic tables and grills. Also please see rules pertaining to guests and parties.
Large parties (more than 15 people total) can be booked Mondays-Saturdays. The property is too busy on Sundays to permit larger groups. Deposit required: $250, with refund amount (minimum of $50) depending on condition of premises after the party.
Member Meetings
As a member, you are also asked to attend two general membership meetings each year, where everyone helps the Board of Trustees make decisions of all kinds about the beach and the association. All opinions are considered. People are also needed for committees (Family Day, maintenance, beach).
